1967
Sherrie (Terwilliger) Conover lives in Florida now. She still thinks of MSMC frequently and communicates with some of her colleagues. She and college friend, Phyllis, attended their 55th anniversary year celebration.
1969
JoAnn (Mazzarelli) Heidenreich says, “Wow, hard to believe that it has been 55 years!” She treasures her memories from MSMC. She and Peter are aging gracefully in Nashville, Tenn.
1972
Dr. Mary Ellen (Scannell) Doherty has been appointed a Professor Emeritus at Western Connecticut State University upon her retirement in June 2024. She plans to continue advising on doctoral dissertations and promoting her program of research at professional nursing conferences and in peer-reviewed nursing journals. She is a fellow in the American College of Nurse-Midwives.

Mike Dolan is enjoying his retirement after 34 years as Supervisor of Maintenance at Stewart Airport in 2008. God bless all!
1974
Lynda (McMaster) McMaster-Schuyler is a professor of Chemistry and Biotechnology at SUNY Cobleskill. She has three grandchildren, married a Physics professor, and is still teaching pre-vet students organic chemistry thanks to great professors, Drs. Edith Lessor and Joan Daisy at the Mount. When few women in chemistry were in higher ed, she was fortunate to have them both. There is no better learning experience than having strong role models who are great educators.
Joseph O’Connor visited The USS Intrepid on Memorial Day Weekend with his wife Ellen. He says, “It gives me goosebumps when I think of being on the USS DeHaven and operating with this aircraft carrier. Every morning walking out the hatch I’d see the ‘bird farm’ getting ready to launch or retrieve the Phantoms. God bless our service men and women.”
1975
Patricia (Bragg) Scott says, “Having my degree from the Mount has given me the most rewarding teaching career. I was well taught and well prepared on my journey of becoming an outstanding teacher in special ed and elementary education.”
1977
Teresa (Santarelli ) Arluck along with Class of 1977 alumni celebrated 51 years of friendship with a trip to the Jersey Shore in May. Teresa Santarelli Arluck, Colleen Cavanagh Bendernagel, Jean Pabst Burt, Joan Chiaviello, Marilyn Ejercito, and Joan Fenton Henry enjoyed fun, frolic, and sunshine. They are busy planning their next adventure.
1978
Lisa (Nuzzo) Arnsdorff retired 15 years ago from Duval County Public Schools in Jacksonville, Fla. The Dual Certification (ESE K-12/Reg.Ed 1-6) program, from MSMC, was a cut above the rest! As a two-time "Teacher of the Year" (1986-87, 2006-07) she credits much of her success to the outstanding education received at the Mount. She is enjoying volunteering in the classrooms of former coworkers. Retirement is a beautiful thing!
Jill (Cardinal) Pratt-Wiliams says, “My time at the Mount was wonderful! As I get older, the memories get sweeter! I made lifelong friends and had so many good times. And of course, I received a fantastic education! I miss those years sometimes.”
1982
Kathleen (Stack) Burns has been married to Daniel Burns for almost 41 years. They have 35-year old twins, Brendan and Michael, and a 32-year old daughter, Katie. They have three wonderful grandchildren. Kathleen is currently working per diem as a pain treatment nurse and resides in Connecticut.
Linda (Dobias) Dombroski and husband Gregory did a Rhine Getaway from Switzerland to Amsterdam, discovering beautiful castles, medieval towns, and cathedrals, in 2023. In March 2024, they spent an incredible vacation in St. Thomas. Linda still works as an Administrative Nursing Supervisor at MSLC, serves on several boards, and is active in community activities.
Michael J. Fraser continues to lecture and work with athletes and teams throughout the USA as a sports psychology consultant.
Kathleen (Doyle) Parisi started a new job as the Assistant Assessor for the City of Newburgh.
1984
Cathy Rand reports that, sadly, her parents are recently deceased. Her mother passed away in February and father in April. They led long, productive lives and will be missed by all who knew them.
1987
Kristina (Leinweber) Burger recently retired from her role as Director of Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice at John’s Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla. She and her husband Richie just moved to St. Croix, USVI.
1988
Terri (Basel) Patton retired from 34 years as an elementary educator, and has embarked on a new journey: Custom cookies @terris_treats1
Gina Strolla retired from teaching high school special education English at Valley Central School District in Montgomery, N.Y. She now lives in Tampa, Fla., working part-time for her brother who is a physician in his own private practice.
1994
Arlene Nicholson turned 70 this year – an amazing age! Nursing has always been a great professional life for her. She made a trip to Atlanta, G.A., and visited the Martin Luther King Memorial. Being so close to history was a rewarding experience. She prays all continue to have a prosperous life and encourages our young people as well. “Like life and Love God,” she said.

Angela (Brust) Brust-Balogun After more than a decade of working in and managing YouthBuild programs in the Capital Region of N.Y., Angela has joined YouthBuild USA as a Portfolio Manager. In this role, she manages a portfolio of YouthBuild programs across the country in the administration of their AmeriCorps grant by providing technical assistance and monitoring.

Wayne Keller has been pastoring at Rock Hill Church of the Nazarene since Nov. 1, 2023, and is a Soul Care coach and conference team member with Renewal International Ministries.
2002
Nick Gauthier is a retired science teacher who currently writes and develops board games and roleplaying games. He lives in Monticello with his beautiful fiancé, Kathy.
Tara (Rigillo) Koehler co-authored an educational book on project-based learning, The Tapas Approach to Project-Based Learning: A Culinary Map for Educators on the Transformation Power of PBL. The book was released on June 13, 2024 and you can find it on Amazon.

Mary (DiMartino) Seeley has been employed with the Orange County Department of Social Services for 20 years and was recently promoted to the title of Head Social Welfare Examiner in February 2024 to oversee the agency's Special Investigation fraud and Fair Hearing units.
2008
Mo (Barry) D'Amico and husband, Ryan, welcomed their fourth child on April 26, 2023. Peter Joseph joins his three big sisters, Frankie, Lucy, and Hattie. The couple also just celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary!
2009
Jennifer (Eurich) Dillon graduated from Rutgers University in May 2024 with a PhD in Nursing. Dr. Dillon is a postdoctoral fellow at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where her research promotes optimal developmental health for children and families managing chronic diseases.
2016
Victoria (Goldbach) Feinstein recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia. She is looking forward to starting her career as a CRNA at Greenwich Hospital this summer!
Barb Rybacki currently lives in the LBI/Jersey Shore region with her two sons, Caiden, 7, and Oliver, 3. She is currently the Marketing Coordinator for the Cancer & Surgery service lines at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. Her position utilizes her comms/marketing strengths to ensure patients are choosing the best healthcare system for their needs. She loves her job and is very passionate about what she does!
2017
Margaret Holmes completed her MA in Public History from Empire State University in May 2024, and was recently appointed as the Director of the Van Cortlandt House Museum in Bronx, N.Y.
2018
Since Selina (Stansmore) Montanino graduated from MSMC, she had the opportunity to work in the domestic violence and sexual assault field at a 24-Hour Crisis Center. She was promoted to Coordinator of Advocacy and supervised the case managers. She had a baby girl, Isabella, in 2022. After maternity leave, she decided to leave the crisis center and is now working in case management at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital.
Mark Sanchez-Potter is a history teacher in the Newburgh Enlarged City School District.
2023
Colleen Giordano landed a fantastic job at Northwell Health right after graduation! She is now a Senior AR Analyst in the Revenue Cycle Department, where she uses her analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely insurance reimbursements. She is proud to be part of a team that makes a positive difference in people's lives, and is grateful for the strong foundation that an education at MSMC provides.
Mario Sticca completed a welding class during the fall of 2023 and a heavy equipment operator course during the spring of 2024. He purchased an Airstream travel trailer in November of 2023 and traveled to Colorado to spend Father's Day with three of his children, one of whom just graduated from Frontier Community College with an Associates degree in Studio Art and will start at CU Boulder in the fall.
Thomas Sullivan entered into the Master’s program at John Jay College, in New York City. His concentration for this degree is in terrorism studies, mainly due to current world events and personal interests in the topic. With only a semester left, he is currently a research assistant in a lab focused on online interactions with extremist groups in the United States.

2012
Michael (McNicholas) Schreiber (2012 & 2013) and Amanda Schreiber (2012 & 2014) welcomed the birth of their first son, Kaladin, on Feb. 24, 2023 and he had his first birthday.
2015
Brianna (Croce) Capizzo welcomed her son, Carmine Julian “CJ” into the world with her husband, Michael on April 7, 2024. The baby was born at 6 pounds, 9 oz, and was 19 in. long.

Stephen Bonnici married Stacey Strom on Christmas Day, 2023. Stephen’s son, AJ, was the best man.

Patrick LaPorta, father of Michele (LaPorta) Freeman, passed away on January 9, 2024, just shy of his 89th birthday.

Jennifer (Roman) Singleton, of East Lyme, Conn., passed away unexpectedly on May 28, 2024 at the young age of 51. A Mount Saint Mary College alumni, amazing mother, sister, aunt, teacher and friend, those who were lucky enough to have Jenn in their life know how truly special she was. Her contagious laughter and never-ending smiles will be forever missed.
