Since January 2024, Casey Hintz, director of recruitment and training in the Mount’s Office of Admissions, has been preparing for the trip of a lifetime: a 17-day exploration of the South Everest Base Camp in Nepal.
Most internships don’t come with a passport stamp, but for psychology major Nicole Kreischer, “getting work experience” started with a service journey halfway around the globe.

Athletics
The 2024-2025 season was a rollercoaster of triumphs and challenges for the Mount Saint Mary College Women’s Basketball team, culminating in a historic Skyline Conference Championship and a memorable appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
Mount Athletic Director Shane Bell recently announced the permanent hiring of Victor Reich as head softball coach.
The Mount’s Athletics department inducted a beloved coach, an exceptional administrator, and a pair of outstanding teams into the Hall of Fame Class of 2025.
